HIGH ACHIEVER REPORT!

The last High Achievers celebration of the year took place Friday, March 5th. We honored 175 sixth graders, 194 seventh graders and 118 eighth graders for a total of 487 students.

During the celebration, the students were able to have a soda or water and then we had a "raffle" of North t-shirts, foam fingers, pens, highlighters and stress balls. Snappy Tomato Pizza also donated free "Baby Beast" coupons which we gave to students as they left the cafeteria.

A fun time was had by all!

March 5 - High Achiever Party Huge Success!

On March 5, students at NOMS that earned High Achiever - (all A's or all A's & B's with no disciplines) were invited to attend the High Achiever parties.

Sodas and prizes were handed out. The kids had a great time. "It's great to get out of class!" said an anonymous 6th grader.

A huge thank you to Patti Sweetall and Michelle Hall (and their committee) for organizing and hosting a fabulous event. Thank you to all the parents that donated sodas. The kids love it!

Thank yo to all the kids for working so hard and making GREAT choices!

Jean Lewis - Candidate SBDM Parent Representative

My name is Jean Lewis and I am interested in representing the parents of NOMS on the SBDM council. I have three children in Oldham County Schools, one at NOHS, one at NOMS and one at Goshen Elementary. I have been VP of Programs on NOMS PTSA for the last three years. I would like to be involved in helping to determine school policy at NOMS, so that NOMS continues to be the excellent school it is today. I would appreciate your vote.
