NOMS PTSA General Meeting May 24, 2010
The meeting was called to order by Betsy Lowe at 8:36 a.m. with 13 people in attendance including: Kim Finnicum, Jenny Stegeman, Allyson Parker, Denise Rohrbach, Jean Lewis, Maureen Green, Nikki Feuquay, Richelle McCoy, Betsy Lowe, Leah Simpson, Pauline Moore, Lana Rice and Cynthia Paris
President’s Report: We should look at having a President Elect on the board in the future for succession so this would need to be added to our bylaws.
- The 2010-2011 Proposed board was presented by Betsy Lowe and submitted to the general board for approval and the board was approved with a unanimous vote.
- The volunteer luncheon at NOMS is on Wednesday May 26 from 11 – 1, please R.S.V.P. by calling the school today.
Treasurer’s Report: The 2010-2011 budget proposal was presented with income and expenses both at $35,650.00 and this was passed unanimously.
